Jenn is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Batesville. Since joining Batesville in 2008 as a territory sales representative, she has distinguished herself as a sales professional, leader, and champion for funeral professionals. Jenn now leads the marketing team, delivering innovative burial and cremation products that meet or exceed the needs of funeral directors and families, as well as digital and e-commerce solutions that help funeral homes optimize their business and create stronger connections with their communities.  

Mechele Lee
VP, Senior Account Executive

Mechele is a seasoned market research professional who has worked on both the client and supplier side of the industry as an insights-provider. As VP, senior account executive at Burke, she is responsible for understanding business needs, designing and executing custom market research solutions, and delivering impactful insights.  

Prior to joining Burke, Mechele led all global commercial insights and market research efforts at a leading biopharmaceutical company to bring an innovative enzyme replacement therapy to market for patients with an inherited and life-threatening rare metabolic disorder. 

Mechele holds an M.S. in Human Genetics and a B.S. in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh where she was involved in multiple research projects related to the full spectrum of eating and weight disorders and other health issues.
