I started with Batesville June 3, 1991, and have seen many changes, but one thing that has remained the same is how Batesville shows appreciation for our associates. Two years ago, our president, Chris Trainor, sent out a video expressing his gratitude for our long hours driving during a busy time. I left him a voicemail thanking him for taking the time to send that video out. He called me and gave me his personal cell number and told me to call 24/7 if I had any concerns at all.
