Our Engineering and Management Development Program

Batesville’s Engineering and Management Development Program (EMDP) is a two-year program for talented candidates with leadership potential.

As part of this program, you will:

  • Get training tailored to your interests and the company’s needs
  • Take part in cross-functional rotations every four months to develop and strengthen key skills
  • Have the opportunity to work closely with key Batesville leaders
  • Drive and manage projects in Engineering, Logistics, Operations, and other areas of the business
