This policy sets forth the refund and cancellation policy related to Living Memorial tree products purchased from Batesville Casket Company, LLC (“Batesville”) through Batesville.com.
Order Cancellations: Cancellation of an order for a tree planting may be made by calling 888.803.4339 within two business days from the Date of Purchase, and a refund for the full purchase price will be made to the purchaser’s original method of payment.
Refunds: With the exception of refunds for an order cancellation as set forth above, refunds will be permitted only at the sole discretion of Batesville and by calling 888.803.4339; however, no refunds will be permitted after 120 calendar days from the Date of Purchase.
“Date of Purchase” for the purpose of this Policy, means the date that a tree product was purchased through the Living Memorial platform on Batesville.com as reflected on the receipt issued for such purchase.
“Business Days” for the purpose of this Policy, are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
