The new Digital Showroom integrates with Batesville Connect to eliminate duplicate data entry. Once you are not in front of a family, you can send the family’s product selections directly to your Batesville Connect cart and easily check out.
Yes, the Family Choices Digital Showroom offers two options: the Personalized Journey, where product choices are recommended based on the information gathered from the family. A custom selection room can be easily created within the administrative module and accessed through the Product Gallery.
Keep in mind, the Digital Showroom was designed to reduce the need for creating and maintaining multiple rooms. The intelligence of the system allows you to easily filter by attributes such as product type, features, oversize, price point, etc., which historically required specialized rooms.
We are diligently working on an enhanced experience for families that will leverage the new Family Choices Digital Showroom on your website. Until this feature is available, your current merchandise selection which is powered by Meaningful Selections today will remain in place.
Please note: During the migration, your current product assortment will freeze and no changes will be able to be made. Also, all retail pricing will not be visible moving forward.
Don’t worry, the new Digital Showroom was designed to be simple to navigate! There is a series of short video tutorials available to help get you up and running quickly. Migrations will begin later in 2025. Watch for emails with more information as we get closer to your migration date.
The new Family Choices Digital Showroom will be available to all Batesville customers later in 2025 by logging in through Batesville.com with your current sign in credentials. Please contact your Batesville sales representative to learn more about this new system.
