John Linville, Vice President of Supply Chain
“I started with Batesville fresh out of school when manufacturing was foreign to me. At Batesville, I have gained knowledge from the processes and machinery, as well as the people I am fortunate enough to work with every day. From the operators who are an integral part of ensuring Batesville fulfills their mission of ‘helping families honor the lives of those they love®’ to my fellow engineers who have shared their valuable knowledge, Batesville is truly a family.
Deborah Cook, Engineer II
“Batesville is an organization that focuses on creating a culture of learning and performance. They spend time developing and listening to their associates. I enjoy working here because they provide a lot of opportunities for me and other associates to develop and improve our skills in running a global supply chain. I have always felt my voice is heard and I am able to add a lasting contribution to the way we service our customers. “
Eric Barnett, Logistics Director
“Batesville has provided a springboard to launch my career, so far progressing through positions in manufacturing, engineering and procurement. Management does an excellent job of setting intentional development to provide opportunities for those who strive for them. The organization’s people and core values make working here special. For a company its size, the executive management team is approachable and regularly communicates directly with employees. Batesville has a small town feel where people truly enjoy working with one another and the meaningful product we deliver.”
Mike Andres, Director, Sourcing and Supplier Development
“I have been employed with Batesville for more than eight years and during this time, I have been placed in positions with increased responsibility. I have grown tremendously with opportunities ranging from human resources to running Batesville’s largest logistics customer service center. Yet, the most important aspect of my job is the opportunity to develop my own team and help grow their careers. Batesville is the place to come and be the best person you can be.”
