BATESVILLE, Ind., February 10, 2021 – Batesville, a leading provider of comprehensive solutions to licensed funeral homes, announced the company’s 2021 Education Series schedule for the first half of the year. Started in 2014, the Education Series is one of Batesville’s most popular programs, and in today’s virtual environment, it provides a safe and convenient way for busy funeral professionals to continue learning by participating in free online webinars.

“The pandemic has impacted many of the traditional planning and healing processes that are important in funeral service and added tremendous stress to funeral directors,” said Jenn Parvin, vice president of marketing and technology at Batesville. “We have dedicated several Education Series webinars to helping funeral professionals develop new skills to engage with families remotely, adapt to changes in their business and prepare for serving families in a post-COVID world.”
