- Sign-in to your existing Batesville.com account or click the “Create Account” button at top right
- After signing into your account or after creating your new account, hover your mouse over the arrow next to your name in the header bar at the top of the page. This will open a drop-down menu – select “My Account” from the menu.
- Enter your 6-digit account number and postal code in the appropriate fields and click the “Save” button. If there is already an account number and postal code in these fields, simply click “Save.”
- Click on the "Password" tab and enter a new password between 7 and 16 alpha numeric characters and click “Save.”
- If you are authorized to see pricing in the online ordering system, enter your most recent statement number in the appropriate field and click the “Save” button.
- Once you have completed these steps, a new “Online Ordering” option will appear in the drop-down menu in the header bar. Simply select this option from the menu to enter the online ordering system. You can use this option each subsequent time and by-pass the first 5 steps.
